Tent Hill Lower S.S. accesses all available specialists’ teachers. Weekly lessons are conducted for all students in:
- The Arts ( Music / Drama) – 45 mins of hand –on activities focussing on students expressing and communicating understandings about human issues and experience through the enactment of real and imagined events incorporating music and singing.
- Physical Education – a 45 minute lesson of pure physical movement emphasising skills based activities in preparation for sports training.
- ICI's - ( Yrs 5, and yrs 6&7) 1 X 45 minute lesson each, around cultural understandings and engagement in the German language .
Other regular visits are undertaken by a Learning Support teacher (fortnightly), Speech Language, Advisory visiting teacher, and Guidance officer (as needed).These specialists support the work of the classroom teachers.
